About The Senior Staff Randy Hill, Sr. Engineer, Founder, President and CEO Randy Hill is a certified and credited Microsoft Systems Engineer who has obtained certifications in all Microsoft platforms. Randy first gained experience working in the Architectural industry providing computer and program support for several local companies in the Southern California area. Randy’s expertise was widely accepted by professionals and effectively put to use as the Director of Information Technology with California State at Channel Islands area (CSUCI). Randy’s Accomplishments at CSUCI helped the Newly formed CSU campus to be recognized as the most technologically advanced California state university at the turn of the century. It is here where Randy saw the potential to bring enterprise level technologies to small and medium based companies and equip them with the tools necessary to compete with larger corporations. In 2001 Randy co-founded Integrated Network Solutions, LLC which served as a great platform to provide these services to dozens of customers across Southern California. In July of 2005, Randy formed a wholly owned corporation, SAGE NETWORK, INC. which further expands his vision to provide customer’s with “sage” answers, top notch customer service, and real solutions for their IT needs. Mariela Hill; Corporate Secretary, Human Resources Alex Tapia; Information Technology Specialist, Support Manager, Office Manager Alex Tapia is a Leader in Customer Service. His Expertise was founded while working for Kinko’s Customer Administrative Services Corporate Offices where he assumed several management responsibilities including, Customer Service, Technical Support for Kinko’s employees and direct support for programmers involving development, testing, and implementation of a mission critical database program used by over 400 users for all aspects of accounts receivable and customer service.
